
Honey cinnamon matcha latte

Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 3 to 4 g matcha
- 60 ml warm water (70-80°C)
- 100 ml milk (of your choice)
- 1 tsp honey
- A pinch of cinnamon (+ extra for garnish)
Preparation:
1. Prepare the matcha
- Sift the matcha into a bowl to avoid lumps.
- Add warm water and whisk using a chasen (bamboo whisk) or a milk frother until a light, even foam forms.
2. Prepare the honey cinnamon milk
- In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk over low heat.
- Stir in the honey and cinnamon, mixing until the honey is fully dissolved.
- For a creamier texture, froth the milk using a milk frother.
3. Assemble the matcha latte
- Pour the prepared matcha into a cup.
- Slowly add the warm honey cinnamon milk.
- Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top for the finishing touch.
Tips:

For a stronger flavor, slightly increase the amount of cinnamon.

If using plant-based milk (oat, almond…), choose an unsweetened version for a well-balanced taste.
