Matcha mousse latte with coconut water

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

Matcha mousse:

  • 40 ml cold heavy cream
  • 10 ml milk (any type)
  • 3 g sifted matcha (about 1 tsp)
  • 1 tsp syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Coconut water base:

  • 150 ml cold coconut water
  • Ice cubes

 

Preparation:

1. Make the matcha mousse:

  • Sift the matcha into a bowl to prevent lumps.
  • Add the cold heavy cream, milk, and syrup if you want a sweeter mousse.
  • Whisk using a milk frother or electric whisk until light and firm. Keep chilled.

2. Assemble the drink:

  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the cold coconut water over the ice.
  • Gently spoon the matcha mousse on top.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of matcha for decoration (optional).
