
Matcha mousse latte with coconut water

Ingredients (for 1 serving):
Matcha mousse:
- 40 ml cold heavy cream
- 10 ml milk (any type)
- 3 g sifted matcha (about 1 tsp)
- 1 tsp syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Coconut water base:
- 150 ml cold coconut water
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
1. Make the matcha mousse:
- Sift the matcha into a bowl to prevent lumps.
- Add the cold heavy cream, milk, and syrup if you want a sweeter mousse.
- Whisk using a milk frother or electric whisk until light and firm. Keep chilled.
2. Assemble the drink:
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the cold coconut water over the ice.
- Gently spoon the matcha mousse on top.
- Sprinkle a pinch of matcha for decoration (optional).
